San Francisco Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution. We differ from big banks by offering higher earnings and dividends on deposits accounts, lower interest rates on loans and by charging fewer fees. Plus, members have access to more than 30,000 free ATMs across the country.

David Huebner
Board Chair
David Huebner joined the Credit Union as a member of the Supervisory Committee in October 2018. Benjamin Kurko, CPA and CFE

Ben Kurko has been a volunteer with San Francisco Federal Credit Union since 2014, serving on the Supervisory Committee as both Secretary and Chair, and has been on the Board since March 2017. Luenna Kim
Board Vice Chair

Katrina Williams
Board Secretary
Katrina Williams joined the Credit Union as a member of the Supervisory Committee in July 2020. She is the Director of Human Resources for the San Francisco Human Services Agency (HSA). 卡特里娜在人类和社会服务方面有20年的专业经验，包括社会工作, coaching, training, organizational development, and policy. Michael Lopez
Treasurer

William Lee
Board Member
William Lee joined the Credit Union as a member of the Supervisory Committee in June 2018. His career with the City and County of San Francisco spans 20 years of fiscal budgeting, human resources, and administrative experience. 他目前是应急管理部行政和支助副主任, where he is responsible for overseeing finance, procurement, human resources, information technology, and facility management. Patrick Michael Cox
Board Member
Patrick Michael Cox, 2013年以来，他一直担任San Francisco Federal Credit Union的董事会成员. His father, Frank, was one of the original founders of the Credit Union. Patrick began his career at Wang Laboratories, ultimately serving as Field Service Manager, overseeing more than 40 engineers from Portland to Hawaii. He left Wang after 15 years to join the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department as Manager of Information Systems; today, he is the IT Director for the department.
Richard Frattarelli
Board Member
Richard Frattarelli joined the Credit Union as a volunteer in 2019. He has worked in the public sector for nearly 30 years, 目前担任旧金山青少年缓刑部门的人力资源主管. Prior to that role, Richard served as Assistant Human Resources Director of the San Francisco Airport. Before working for the City and County of San Francisco, Richard spent 24 years as an officer in the United States Coast Guard, serving in a myriad of assignments across the United States.
William Smith
Board Member
Bill Smith has been a member of the Credit Union since 1980. 他于2003年开始担任Credit Union的志愿者，担任监督委员会成员. On the Board of Directors, he is currently serving on the Human Relations and Volunteer Development committees. Bill is an attorney. He was an Assistant District Attorney with the City and County of San Francisco for 20 years, and a Deputy County Counsel for San Mateo County for 13 years.
Chanda Ikeda
Supervisory Committee Chair
Chanda Ikeda joined the Credit Union as a member of the Supervisory Committee in 2023. In 2022, she founded Ikeda Consulting, 这是一家位于旧金山的小型咨询公司，为加州各地的地方政府提供支持. Janaki Rao
Chief Technology Officer
Janaki Rao brings over 25 years of IT experience, specializing in cloud infrastructure, digital banking, and omnichannel solutions across diverse organizations. 持有Osmania University的计算机科学硕士学位和Indira Gandhi National Open University的会计和金融MBA学位, Janaki has demonstrated expertise in IT governance and technology strategy alignment.
Kirsten Madsen

Peter Minford
Chief Financial Officer
Peter Minford joined the Credit Union in 2024. A seasoned professional with over 20 years experience as a CFO, and 40 years of leadership experience in financial services. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida State University, 他拥有南佛罗里达大学的工商管理硕士学位和斯托尼尔银行研究生院的文凭.
History
